Jag kkar det dagligen, har inte mrkt ngon skillnad men frn vad man lst s: "Decreases in NAD+ have been shown as a feature of aging and may play a role in the process".

"Low NAD+ contributes to aging because NAD+ serves as an exclusive co-substrate for two key families of enzymes that affect cellular repair and longevitythe sirtuins (SIRTs) and the poly(ADP-ribose) polymerases (PARPs). These enzyme families regulate many signaling processes associated with cellular health and longevity and are directly dependent on NAD+ availability to perform their functions."

"Human trials so far have shown that NAD+ supplementation may improve exercise performance in older adults, Increase insulin sensitivity, and provide anti-inflammatory effects"

"In animal models, studies have shown that stimulating NAD+ with NMN or NR can extend healthspandefined as years lived in good healthand reduce premature aging, according to Renae Thomas, MD, MPH, a physician certified in family medicine, public health, and general preventive medicine."

S frhoppningsvis gr det ngot i kroppen iaf

"our NAD+ levels naturally decline. By the time were 40, levels have dipped by 50% and by age 60, the NAD+ dip has jumped to 80%."
