Du pratar om människohandel och det för oss in på den utbredda sexhandeln på Sveriges många thaimassagesalonger. Enligt polisen så säljer 80 % av thaimassagesalongerna sexuella tjänster och det är torskarna som möjliggör denna utbredda illegala sexhandel. Man kan börja fundera över om det behövs en strängare lagstiftning kring köp av sexuella tjänster istället för att avskaffa sexköpslagen?

Du håller alltså med om att tvång att sälja sexuella tjänster är något som polisen ska ta tag i? Du borde dessutom förklara hur du kan veta att det är frågan om frivillig prostitution i de fall där det inte går att bevisa tvång ?



Nu diskuterar vi sexköpslagen, menar du att det är synd om torskarna som bara "måste" köpa sexuella tjänster av kvinnorna som arbetar på thaimassagesalongerna? Även torskar måste väl kunna göra ett val här och låta bli att bryta mot sexköpslagen, inte sant?

För om hela 80 % av thaimassagesalongerna är illegala bordeller så innebär väl det att problemet med människor som bryter mot sexköpslagen är väldigt stort?

Det måste bli mindre stigmatisering av kvinnor som säljer sex för att sexköp ska bli lagligt.

Avskaffa förbudet att köpa sex och lägg krutet på att bekämpa trafficking.

Ja. Det är dock knappast möjligt så länge all form av sexköp förblir olagligt.

Jag tycker att prostitution bör legaliseras. Jag har ändrat uppfattning, då jag tidigare ansåg att det borde vara straffbart. Det stora problemet som alla talar om är trafficking. Det är väldigt få som har något emot att någon säljer sex för att de vill ha pengar om det inte är någon som tvingar dem eller håller dem inlåsta (men de finns).

Det hade varit mer relevant att just bekämpa trafficking, dvs. att folk frihetsberövas och hotas etcetera vilket redan täcks av andra lagar.

Sexköpslagen är en ren morallagstiftning, och sådana bör inte finnas då det inte är statens uppgift att forma folkets moral. Det är folkets moral som ska forma staten i en demokrati.
